Cannon Downriggers
Over the fourth I was trying to instruct my wife to grab the rod that was howling and start reeling in the fish as I cleared the lines and.....so she grabs the Cannon SportTroll handle and reels the almighty out of it and BAM....she runs the terminal tackle up into the end assembly and pieces pop out into the ocean and boat. Well, after clarifying she must use the fishing rod attached to the downrigger if she would like to catch a fish vs lead weight, she reeled in a nice football bonita and released.
E-mailed Cannon customer support and recieved a reply next day, new end assembly in the mail, nocharge. Was delived by the end of the week. Wow, that's pretty good warranty service.
