Sea anchor/Drift sock deal...

I got tired of the super fast drift we've had this spring while trying to fish Pacific halibut so I decided to get a sea anchor.

They are a little pricy from marine shops so instead I found a heavy duty 72' chute for $30.00 (It comes to $41.00 with the govenators cut and shipping)

Here's the site...
Aerocon Systems 72 inch Parachute

and a picture...

Now there's your problem...you're fishing in a pool. What kind of stuff do you catch there? Wait a minute....I don't want to know !

Sorry....I'll behave. That is a great idea...I bet it works great.

Well I haven't received it yet but I can assure you that using it on a 150 will be the next best thing to the regular anchor.

A 48 incher would be enough this one is 72"
