"Porta Privy"
I bought one of these "Porta-Privy" bathroom enclosures from Bass Pro Shops for around $50. For another $10 - I got a "Luggable Loo." I set it up in the bow of my 190 Bay on the front casting deck. It sets up effortlessly in a few seconds, it takes up very little space (stores easily), and it got rave reviews from my crew.
