Lightbulb Portable Shade options

If you fish the flats or just want to maintain true 360 degree fishablity yet still have some shade or you do not want to loose even the space that the factory bimini top can kill (much less a big T-Top) when mounted in your boat. Then you may want to look at this product that I just stumbled across portable shade option.

OK, didn't the mexicans come up with this centuries ago, sombrero! haha
I have seen similar ones in BPS and Cabelas but this is the nicest one yet.
