boat guides
I want to add some boat guides to my trailer this spring and i am wondering which type woould be better suited for my boat. It is a 17' 2001 s/c with a 60 hp. Should i go with the carpeted longer style lower profile typeboat guide? Are the longer pole type guides toward the rear of the trailer a better match?

Trailer guides
I have a 170 bass which is basically the same hull as yours. I installed the pvc upright guides which are 36 inches high. I purchased them at the Bass Pro shop. They work very well on my boat.
