Question Replace tires and rims with larger size.

Hello,
Can I change out my existing trailer tires and rims from 5.30 X 12" to C78 X 13"?
I would like the increased load as well as have a greater choice in tires.
This is on the original Shorelander trailer my Triumph 17 DC came with.
Thank you in advance for help, suggestions and discussions.
