Transom and fish sounder location

I bought a new fishfinder, That I will attempt to install. I know it is a no brainer to have the sounder level, and that it must be on the starboard side of the prop. So my question do you know on the 210 cc what is the transom degree is?? And would you have a suggestion on the perfect location for the sounder. Now I know we need less to no bubbles. I see under the hull some nice clear areas, and some with look like little wedges on the bottom side...does that matter???

Mount the transducer on the strake area, where it levils out. It should be approx. 1/16 to 1/8" lower than the boat. The deadrise on the 210 is 19 degrees.

Awesome thanks...............Just to clarify .. the strake would be the area that looks like a step , that perhaps the trailer runner slides next too??
here is a picture I got from this site...is this where you are referring to ???
Anmd if this is the right area, do prefer there or the one closer to the prop??
