Something interesting
After what seemed like an endless period of rain here we got a three day break and the sun actually came out.
I decided to uncover the boat and move it so it will get a little more sun and get after some of the mold that started growing this winter with the pressure washer. I love the way these boats clean up by the way, in about 30 minutes the boat looks like it just came off the show room floor with just a little Simple Green and a some water. I pulled the back inspection cover and used a shop vac with a 3' chunk if 1" pvc pipe to get all the little bits and peices of debris out of the back by the bilge pump (Clean is good) I also noticed a plug on the side of the center stringer, I know its a water drain but I never knew it was there. I opened it up and it's dry as a bone so that's a good thing. I guess my question would be are there anymore of these tucked away on these boats? |
