Hull Support on Boat Lift

Recently purchased a l5' fisherman. I have a standard boat lift. How can I easily modify it to support the hull? I am thinking about taking the trailer apart and mounting its cradle to the lift. Anyone have any suggestions?

Joy, I would contact Triumph.

They can send you the trailer specifications - bunk length, bunk width, etc. Then you can follow their specs and build your hoist to match.

I would hate to see you lose the use of the trailer.

Boat Lift Modification

I have a 191WT and needed to also customize by boat lift. So, I removed the I-beams from the lift, removed the standard boat lift carpeted boards and took the I-beams to my Triumph dealer (Merritt Marine, Hillsborough, NC). For a reasonable fee, they made the boat lift look just like the trailer. It has worked great and I know I'm getting the hull support I need.
