The fish boxes need to be bigger





This was just a little 16 pound chicken Pacific Halibut, hopefully the next one will be in the 40-50 pound range.

That one most definitly won't fit in the fish box.

Psssst! Vic want jealous...It tasted wonderful coated with 50/50 parmesian cheese and bread crumbs with a little lemon zest and fried up in olive oil. Fresh spinach salad with Blue cheese and a little glass of white vino on the side.

Nice fish Jan! Over here on the Jersey Shore the flounder season opened very nicely a few weeks back. Looking to be a good summer.
