Question 15' Sportsman ???s

I am looking at buying a 15' Sportsman. A 1995 model (tiller steering). I do not see this model on the Triumph website and had some questions.

Anyone here have this model and if so would you post your likes and dislikes? Any problems with soaked foam?

Would I be able to transfer the warranty on a boat this old?

I am planning on using a 30 HP Suzuki 2 stroke on it. Manly saltwater fishing usually by myself but with a bait tank that will weigh about 200 lbs. Will this be enough power?

Any info is much apprciated. The boat is about 1000 miles away so I will not have a chance to check it out in person. Kinda scary buying a boat without checking it out personally. The price for the boat and trailer is $1900 so I can't go too wrong... ...I hope!!!

TIA

Kerry

I believe the warranty transfer $200 for boats older than 2005 and under 17'. Here is a link to a .pdf of the official transfer form: Triumph Warranty Transfer Form
