Smile Bought it!

I also have had my sea trial now(last sat) and I am buying the boat! Thanks to all of you on this forums(s) who convinced me that Triumph was a good product. i got it with the 75 ETEC and it does have alot of power.Mike at Modern was a pleasure to deal with. I also have to say the only other dealer who was a pleasure was Central Florida Yamaha in Lake Placid who had a Key West 17 footer witha 90 yamaha. They were also great and I also reccomend them. The rest can really kiss my you know what! What a hassle some were and I wonder how some stay in business. The Triumph lifetime warranty and the EtEC 7 year warranty are what finally swayed me over. I had a boat once before I bought used and it was a nightmare. I pick it up next saturday in Ft. Pierce and highly reccomend Modern marine to do business with. I called today after I went to the credit union and asked about depthfinders and he said just tell me what model and they will have it installed and waiting.Great service! Looking forward to seeing others out on the water!

Congradulations madchaostoo and rdsteve,
I hope you enjoy your 170CC as much as I do. It's the sweetest boat on the market for it's size! Post some pictures.

Congrats Guys, The 17cc is a great all around boat,We love ours,Lots of tricks and mods you can do. Clean up is a snap, launch and recovery is as simple as it gets, pretty fast too with the 75, We fish ours outside in the big blue and at our other place on the St.Johns. You won't be dissapointed with your choice. Good luck and welcome to the Triumph clan......Dan

You Nerw Purchase

Congrats on the new purchase. Love the 170cc. I will probably be purchasing mine next week. Mike was very helpful at Modern Marine and one of the reasons I'll likely purchase there if I buy a boat. Going to test the 17' with the 60 etec on Monday.
Reguarding my earlier comment about the Key West, I meant the Key Largo.
