stripped screw

I had a screw pull out of my windshield and would appreciate any info on how to get it back in.
Since the screw goes through a grommet, the windshield and a black plastic spacer before it gets into the CC I don't think that I can do the heating and powder trick.
Thanks in advance- Bob

Bob, Try placing a small piece of wood or plastic on the inside of the console and run the screw into it, somewhat like a nut and bolt.
