What is this a 3rd drain plug?

I have been all over the 170cc forums about the mystery 3rd drain plug and I think I have captured a picture of it. As I was adding another hatch to put in a set of LED lights this is what I came across. Can anyone tell me what it is?

That is a inter hull drain plug. If you ever get water out of that plug you could have a problem. You should have another on the other side I think. I know that there is one on both sides of my 215. Bob.
