Smile Great season

170 cc

Getting ready to close out the year here in New England My first year with
my 2007 170cc with Yamaha F60

Lots of fishing mostly in RI bay waters and fresh water lakes mixed in ..nice dry ride and comfortable in in some chop...

Very happy with the "feel" of the boat easy on and off the trailer makes solo fishing very easy.. so far so good

Hey Irb170,

I had a great year on my 2006 170 as well. I live in Marshfield, MA. Are you winterizing? If so where do you recommend taking it? I boat mostly in the North river here in Marshfield. For a while I was the only Triumph in the area, but recently I have been seeing more and more...always a good thing.

Have a good off-season.

What is off-season? Never heard that term before.

Last year which was my first season with my 2006 170cc, and the only month it was out of the water was February. 200 hrs the first year.

We caught stripers in Rehoboth Bay, DE till' the 3rd week of January.

Is there a boat, in the 17' range, that can handle a chop better? I haven't seen it. My boat handles the chop better than my body does...

So versatile too! I have had mine in the Everglades (tore up the white water bay), Hatters, middle and upper Chesapeake. Not to mention Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic.

Didn't look as good as all of those Flats Boats in FLA but fished all the same shallow water.

I should sell these things.

Regards
