Installing Bucket Type Seats?

I've noticed that some CC's and WA's have bucket seats behind the CC.

Last year, anytime I took a buddy out fishing they of course used the baitwell seat. While action shots of people using the boats always shows two guys or a lady and a guy standing side by side with one driving, I've found that the only real place people are willing to sit, besides my wife of course, is on the bait well seat. I have the bow cushion option and the rear seats option. When I took my mom and pop out on the boat, my mom sat on the bow cushion and my stepdad sat on the bait well seat. Noone but I has ever used the two rear seats! While I'm out in the boat alone most of the time, it makes the whole experience a little standoffish when I take friends out. I'm thinking captain's chairs would more likely get someone sitting next to me as we're crusing from one spot to another.

I do use the adjustable seat back rest as a leaning post once in awhile, and one time in a severe downpour I was able to sit comforably under the top and fish with live bait on the hook.

I'm wondering if anyone has installed captain's chairs in their 170CC. I like my cooler, but I've never really used it for much... so I'm wondering if I would be real bummed to sacrifice it. I actually keep my beer, if I have it, in the front locker on the lt side... my anchor and various lines are on the rt.

Just fishing for oppinions I guess. Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Justin
