Talking Maiden Voyage

The ice is finally out in Sebago and the town's ramp/dock is open so we were off at the break of dawn to go thru the Yami breakin process. After what seemed like forever (actually one hour) I was finally able to get 170 DC up on plane. Not at all disappointed with time to get on plane as well as soft ride. That 60 hp yami is really quiet compared to the merc 115 4 stroke I traded off.

Got about 30 minutes left on the second hour as we had to shorten the voyage due to cold weather and previous commitments....

Loading/unloading the Triumph is a dream compared to the Trophy I had. Makes boating/fishing a lot easier.

My wife keeps asking me if the smile on my face is frozen in place by the cold weather or thinking of the next voyage. Told her my grin was thinking about her cooking, of course!!!!

Congrats on your new toy. You will find as I have just recently that these boats are really nice, and as you mentioned very easy to launch/retrieve.

Enjoy it as often as you can,
Jim
