Mounting Downriggers

I just purchased a 2000 Logic 170 CC and want to mount two downriggers to hull on the port and starboard sides just back from the center console. The downriggers have 4 bolt mounting plates to which the riggers can be attached and removed. I downloaded the Triumph Faqs and it suggested using Toggler toggle anchors to accomplish mountings to the boats. As I am new to Ropelene boat construction, I am somewhat confused as to what type of Toggler bolt to use and how to use it. In reading other comments, I suspect I have to drill down to foam and hollow it out prior to inserting the Toggler Bolt. Any information on this procedure (or modifications to it) would be greatly appreciated. The more specific the better!

Thanks,
Kanegera

No. I looked for a location back there but could not develop a workable configuration. Thanks, Kanegera
