Can you lift 17CC from bow/stern eyes?

Looking into buying a new 17 CC but I need to be able to lift the boat onto my bulkhead using a davit and harness. I want to know if the bow and stern eyes have sufficient backing/strength to be used together with a harness to center pick the boat and motor, etc and lift onto my bulkhead.

Anyone have experience with this? I have sent email to the factory but haven't gotten a response (they sent the brochure, but no response to the question).
