Hull Crack

I have a used '02. I did not find out about the purchaseable lifetime hull warranty untill after the 15 days was up . About 2 months ago I found a crack in the hull at the sharpest point of the distortion on the stbd bow. I saw on here where Molarboater talked about this. I confered with him. He suggested that I call Beirman at the factory which I did. He was gracious enough to allow me to purchase the lifetime warranty and send me to Roughwater marine in Gautier,MS. Which I did. The factory also sent Roughwater the trailer bow support to be put on. Roughwater also adjusted the ezloader to factory spects, which I provided .

Roughwater repaired the port side as well as the stbd side as if it was to crack soon. I asked the person that did the job if he shot foam back into the area that was repaired and to my consternation he said the factory told him it was not necesary due to the small area that was excavated

Molarboater, I hope I do not have the same reaccuring crack like yourself.

Oh yea, they also installed a hull drain in the stern. All this at no cost to me.

Good to see positive results coming from both customer service and your local dealer. that warranty will be the best $300.00 investment you ever made my friend!!!
