Sorry, I did not know that. Still, your answer lies inside the center console, that's where the power is run from the batteries. You may want to have someone install a fuse block for you. Then after that, it's as easy as plugging in the pos and neg wires.
Down the road, you may want to add GPS/fishfinder, radio, etc and this would make it very simple to do it yourself. |

I also have the 2001 186 with no fuse block. I just added one inside the console. I ran a big fat wires from the batteries up to the console. Everything I added is hooked up to this fuse box. Looks like the one MolarBoater has pictured. Most of the factory wiring in there was a jumble anyway. |
