Tie Cleats

I have a '05 19'0 Bay Boat, A while back, I posted that the tie cleats seemed to be on upside down, These are a pop up design and when they are in the up position, if you are tying to a dock, pulling away, the cleats will lay down on themselves, so much a pain in the butt we dont even use them. Talked to the Dealer, and Mr. Hailey from Triumph, and both didnt see a problem w/ the way they are installed,,,
Well, I saw a new 19 Bay boat yesterday, and guess what... The cleats have been turned around!!!
I wish it was as simple as unscrewing them and turning them, but they are molded in. Oh well just venting. To many other good things to worry about this. Deena

When you went to the dealer, did you compare yours to another on the lot? I would go back if you're certain and have them fixed.
