Still am going to have to wait on the trolling motor. Like I said next year. But in the mean time what kind of trolling motor do you recommend for my size boat. By the way those turtles I have(all 4) will going to a nice pond in Homosassa(didn't just want to release then into the wild, I've had them for 5 years and don't know if they would survive.) that a co-worker has, so I can finally start that salt water tank-I'll be giving you a call.

I have a bow mounted RipTide 101 and will run pretty fast and seems to be easy on the deep cycle batteries. I would really consider a remote control model if you will be mostly in skinny water areas.

Rip Tide for me and I have both the Co-pilot and Auto pilot systems which works really well when standing up on the leaning post scouting the flats for Reds and Snook and still being able to control the boat
