storage compartment for console

Hi all,

I am new to the forum. I bought my 190 Bay in October last year, new. It has a 115 Yamaha 4 stroke. My question is there a storage bin replacement for the little cubby hole thing under the glove compartment. It is kinda useless, it is sloped so nothing will stay in. I thought maybe there was an upgrade for a tackle storage or something.

Also is there a better option for the rod holders on the side. I do not see the velcro cucshion thing lasting too long.

I have already put a Minn Kota Rip Tide with duel batteries....so I have to modifacation bug.
