LIGHTS OUT -- HELP?

Help?? I own a 190 bay and just tried out a GOLIGHT 400,000 candlepowered spotlight that plugs into the bow running light receptacle. Awesome light, everything worked great for the first 5 minutes, even the remote, and then ALL THE RUNNING LIGHTS WENT OUT, INCLUDING THE NEW SPOT LIGHT. Lucky for me it was a full moon and I was able to make it back to the dock. I figured I blew a fuse, but it appears all the fuses in the console are fine. Does anyone know if there is an inline fuse somewhere and how do you get to it? Or did I overlook a fuse in the console? Or is there anything else that may be preventing my running lights/stern light from working? Electrical is not my thing.....any help that could be offered would be great. Thank you!!!

did you reset all the breakers on the front console (black bubbles under switches and beside DC plug) and check all the fuses inside the center console, like the ones that look like the ones in your car?

Purchase a cheap low voltage tester from you local auto parts store.

Start at the battery, testing for live current, then work your way towards the console.

Guessing where a short might be, can be frustrating, but luckly the wiring on our boats is not very compicated.
