Hi,
For what its worth... I just bought a 2004 190 with a yamaha 115 fourstroke (plenty of engine runs 36mph) bimini platform/ladder vhf radio lowrance/fishfinder for $15,000.
It took me a month to find the right one, but I saved enough to add all the things I want... Including a T-Top!!!
Joe

Sounds reasonable. The 150HP motor, bow seat and T-top are upgrades from the norm. I usually see 190's rigged with 115/130/140 motors. I assume this price includes the trailer. I bought my rig slightly used for $15K. The problem with used is you really don't know how good the prior owner treated the motor, etc. IMO, an unblemished used Triumph hull is as good as new.

Good deal = Buyer Happy + Seller Happy. Nothing else really matters. All else is opinion anyway. Enjoy!
