For what it is worth I purchased my 190 Bay new in Oct '05 with bimini top, swim ladder, and 115 4stroke Yamaha, and EZ load trailer for 20k. I even got them to throw in the bow cushion and attaching it for free.

Try" Hooked on the Bay" in North East Maryland. See Wayne or Felecia and tell them John sent you. Great people and dealer. Strong service group.

They do a great job and are competitive. I have a 04 190 bay with 150 Yamaha 4 stroke and love it. I use it in the bay and up north in the Adirondaks.

Go for it, you love it.

I Finally took the Plunge!!!

Big Bites:

Ironic that you said about Hooked on the Bay. I just signed the paperwork to get my boat last evening. Buying thru Hooked on the Bay. Felicia has been very helpful thru the whole process. God knows that we shopped around enough... Looked at three others prior to making our decision. Merritt Marine in NC had great pricing but that left me with no support in the PA area where I live. Not to mention the 6 hour drive both ways to pick her up... Dealer in Deleware pricing was pretty good also but Hooked came thru in the end. They are only 1 & 1/2 hours away from us and they are on the way to where we are going to be using the boat the most. Most convenient dealer for us. Last dealer not even worth mentioning. Never even got a call back. Figured I would not waste my time even trying them. We feel good about the deal. We just hope that we can get our boat soon. They took an order for the same boat yesterday which leaves me to wait until ours is produced in late June, unless the other buyer wishes to wait for that boat. Silver lining, I am being told, is that the June production will be a 2007 hull, not a 2006? I guess that is a good thing but would rather have the boat sooner...

Well anyways, thanks for the referral. I beat you to the punch. I agree, they have been very good to work with up to this point. I am sure they will follow thru after the sale as well...

Maybe our paths will cross on the water one of these days...

Bill...
