OK, Im not trying to be a smart butt, however I have a friend that has a glass boat CC made by Sea Fox and he couldnt get his raw water wash down to work when he first got his boat. I have to ask this first.... "Was the boat in the water when you tried to pump water to it?" No lie, he had it trailered and couldnot figure out his problem. OK, I am sure you had it in the water so check the lines from the valve to the nozzel for kinks and if that is OK then with the valve open blow some air through the system. If no air or water comes through or is slow at doing so check the entire line for trash. It could be shavings or debre' from manufacture that was over looked. Just a few things to consider.

next time turn on the livewell pump as well and see if it will help pull water up to the console. i actuall moved my washdown pump away from the console and remounted it inside the rear access area where the battery is ---never had to worry about it again. i mounted a hose outlet inside the splash well rather than using the one at the console as well. photo are on a disc and i have to get them downloaded to the new puter later for you to see

Open the deck access hatch to get to the pump and make sure the lever on the pump is moved to the correct position. If not then the pump will run but water cannot flow thru to the washdown. You can flip that lever the other way when not using the pump to keep water from flowing back out of the baitwell feed as I understand it.
