Mine is clamped to a bracket/holder on the lower right side of the CC (right if you are sitting at the helm facing forward) The dealer put it there and I thought it would be in my way, but so far it hasn't been at all. There is a bracket with some clamps that hold it in place. It is out in the weather, but if I need it, I can get to it in a hurry.

Thanks PTRODOCK I went ahead and mounted mine inside the console. I like the idea of it being out in the open for quicker access tho.

I mounted my extinguisher on the underside of the console overhang on my 170 CC. It came with a bracket. Was a little concerned about banging it with my knees, but its been absolutely no problem. Its out in the open and readily available. Should be some pictures I posted from a few years ago that show it. Not sure if the Bay or 195 has that same overhang.
