2008 Triumph 190 Bay - very pleased-testimonial

I picked up my Triumph 190 bay yesterday. I am very pleased with it. I have been hanging out on this site for months. I was able to make a very informed decision/purchase because of the information I gained from this site. I thank you all.
I ended up getting a 2008 Triumph 190 Bay with a 2008 150 E-tec. It has virtually every option on it. My dealer surprised me by putting a 17" Viper prop on it. They took me out for a water test yesterday, and that was the first time I had ever been in a Triumph boat. I ordered the boat without ever having been in one. It was everything that I hoped it would be - and more. It hit around 5,300 to 5,500 RPM's, did around 50 MPH, and ran flawlessly. It trailers like butter.
After I water tested it with my dealer-I took it out on the lake by myself. The E-tec was running quietly as a loon popped up about 20 feet away from the boat. It was all like a dream sequence. I could literally write a novel about how I feel about this entire experience - maybe even some poetry.
------------------------
I want to take every opportunity to give something back to this site - a site that has given me so much. Some day soon - I will try and figure out how to post photos on this site. Here is what I learned so far:
------
A trailer with surge brakes requires a 5-pin connector. I guess there is a blue wire on it that somehow enables one to go in reverse without the brakes engaging. I got an adaptor for my 6 pin (round connection) that converted it to a 5-pin with the blue wire, but for some reason - the trailer brakes still engaged in reverse. I was, however, provided with a tiny, metal piece to insert beside the bolt on the coupler, and this enabled me to go in reverse.
---------
One of my scuppers leaked a little water - it was discovered that a little piece of silicone was causing the problem - it was removed- and then no water entered.
--------
It may be best to remove the bow cushion when trailering because it minimizing stress upon it.
-------------------------------------------------
I wanted a boat that could handle freshwater and saltwater. I
also wanted a nice layout, smoothe ride, durability, low maintenance. It would appear that all of the above has been achieved.
Thank you all, once again, for your assistance.
