My best guess would be the same as a 210. If you look under "Articles" an then "Additions and Modifications to our 210", we had Merritt Marine install Tite-Lok Model 5901 Track Sections for us. This gave us a very secure place to mount our downriggers and other toys.
I am sure there are other options. You might try using the "Search" feature and see what turns up. Hope this helps.

I am using gimble mounts in the rod holders on my 215. This is working quite well so far (first year with down riggers). This should also work in the 190 rod holders.
