Comprehensive prop results on Yami 115

Ok guys and gals,

I have had 3 props on my '07 190 Bay (no T-Top) with Yamaha 115 4-stroke and here are the results. Unfortunately, I have added quite a few items at various times so the weight of the boat has changed as well.

1: Stock prop: 17 pitch
4 adults, boat in stock form from the factory (no extra weight of aftermarket items):
41 m.p.h. WOT 6100 rpms
27 mph at 4000 rpm

2: 19 pitch Aluminum Hustler
Added BMS stab plate, 70lb thrust trolling motor, 2 optima batteries, swim platform, on board 2 battery charger
4 adults:
38 mph WOT 5100 rpm
31-32 mph at 4000 rpm
This prop was great for cruising speed. If you travel long distances and are not worried about top speed I recommend this setup. I feel the pitch is too high for the the power/weight ratio I have and WOT rpms are too low.

3: 17 pitch Stainless Steel cupped
this prop was turned by a local machine shop so I don't know the manufacturer.
4 adults:
42 mph WOT 5400-5500 rpms
27 mph at 4000 rpm
Very fast planing time. This is the best setup I have run so far. I think this is what I'm sticking with and keeping my stock prop as a spare. I feel this will push the boat up to 45 mph with 1-2 people.

I think I covered everything. I figured this would be a good reference guide for anyone looking for a new prop/screw.
