Rear seat sagging

The port side rear seat on my 2004 190 Bay is sagging about 1/2 inch at the piano hinge and the screws are pulling out of the front portion. agggg! That is the side with the swim ladder. This is probably due to stress by boarding divers, about 20+ dives per week. Any one else haveing this problem? If what have they tried to fix it?
