2002 --Gauges keep fogging etc

I treplaced gauges a year ago and they again are getting moisture in them and begginning to fail. I keep a cover over the consel when the boat is not used. Has anyone had a similar problem?----Maybe I need to re-seal the cover plate for the dash???

Baycoastal,
My hour meter would fog on my 170CC. I leave the door/hatch to the console open so dry air can circulate inside the console. My problem was solved.
