Unhappy Boat lists to one side--water in hull?

Now my 2002 190 Bay lists to one side. I noticed this when I was swimming while the boat was anchored. There was nothing arranged in the boat which would cause the weight to be heavier on either side. Also, when I was out --this past saturday at cruising speed (20-25 mph), I could see that even while cruising the boat lists to the left side.

I have an inner hull drain which I installed 2 years ago, and the boat spent time at the dealer for warranty work this past spring ---which the first thing they did was drain 8 gallons of water from the hull. They drilled 2 holes out of the bottum of the boat to do this. I think there is still water trapped in the inner hull which is not able to drain out of the inner hull drain.

Looks like another item to add to the list when my boat goes back to the dealer to fix the original warranty work and make good on work they were supposed to do but failed to do it the first time.

Very easy fix.

Very easy fix. I have seen this on a few of the older boats. Water could be trapped under the port floor board. Take up the floor board (about 1 hour work) pump out the water or open up the drain. Reseal the floor board (about 30 minutes and 25 bucks of RULE) and put the board back down.

If there is no drain from the cavity to the bilge area one needs to be installed. Again not a biggy and the floorboards on the newer models 2005 and up seal better and they have drains into the bilge.
