Yamaha F115 Prop

I have a 2004 Yamaha F115 four stroke on a 190 Bay. Loaded down, the gross weight is around 3100 pounds. A stainless steed 17" prop works just right. I tried a 19" prop, but it was too much. Hope that helps.

Good question! I have the same setup and am looking for the same info. The link provided for Yamaha does not provide comparisons for Triumphs.

Yamaha F115 Prop

This is the web page for the performance bulletin, provided by Yamaha, for the F115 TLRB on a Triumph 190 Bay; http://www.yamaha-motor.com/assets/p...3-48-TPH-C.pdf

reelchaser2,

I have a Yamaha 115 and just replaced my aluminum prop with a Solas 13.75 X 19 4 blade prop. I've only had it on the water once since I replaced the prop. The four blade helps get the boat on plane quicker and at lower speeds. I wasn't able to open it up so I don't how it did with top speed.

My 190 Bay is fitted with a Yamaha 115 2 stroke and a 13 X 19 aluminum prop. It came with this setup from the dealer. At WOT rpm maxes out at 5500 and speed measured by GPS at 39mph. If I damage the prop I might just get another identical setup. I see no reason to mess with what seems like optimal performance.
