center console rod holders

Yeah , we all know about the water in the center console rod holders(190bay). Happens when the black caps are left off for a period of time. Normally i don't care, when i place a rod inside the holder all the water comes flowing out.
I used the boat last week. When i tried to place the rods in the holder, 3 had solid blocks of ice inside. Now that is a pain in the rear.
Moral of the story, when living north get that turkey baster on the boat in November!
