What is it?
I have a broze through hull on the bottom of my boat just to the port side of the port trailer bunk. This through hull seems to be "scooping" water with a small lip. Any Ideas?

I suspect...
...it is your livewell intake. If you look thru your deck access covers, you should see your livewell pump located directly above this intake/valve. And yes, it does "scoop" water when you are moving forward such that if your intake valve and livewell valves are open, the livewell will get water in it without the pump running.
