Deck Pannels
I recently purchased a used 2002 19ft bay and noticed that the deck pannels both port and starboard fill with water. When I removed them the seals seammed to be well rotted. There was a hole drilled in each aft of the compartments. What can I do to keep water our of these compartments?

Yes those are the panels, what can I do to keep water out and if in flowing out.

MB has done a lot to his panels to seal them up and can walk you through that process. I haven't and have just not worried about the bilge coming on when it rains or if I take a wave over the bow. Just wasn't worth the effort in my book. But you may like this project and, in that case, it would be fun.
