The New 2006 Triumph 190 Bay

Well, today we saw our boat. It looked horrible because the factory didn't cover it and it has diesel exhaust all over as did a 170cc. The forward casting deck is white, as are the 2 long side panels on either side of the console. The Bow rail and side rail is bigger in diameter. The coaming bolsters have a different way of attachment. The Raw Water Washdown instead of being just a hookup as in previous models, has a hose and nozzle inside a compartment accessible from the right side of the console. The horn is SS instead of plastic. The thing where you lift the baitwell lid is SS. Instead of a cooler seat, it has a very nice leaning post with a cooler underneath. The leaning post has 2 rocket launchers which you can use or put the seat back on. The gauges are nicer and there are more of them. The switches are real swithes instead of small rubber covered flip switches. The rear stern seats now are like plastic lawn chairs with cushions. They fold up and down and have high backs. The back has the storage which has a SS lifting handle. If you have any questions, shoot them.

Come to the Mackfest if you're on the east coast and see them in person! We'll have pictures after that.

I finally got it home on Thursday. The dealer had to order some parts so that is the reason for the delay. We went for a sea trial and the only problem is the raw water washdown pump. We are going out of Channel Islands Harbor today to break it in some more. Still haven't got a camera.

We will be going down to AA Marine for our 20 hr. service and to pick up some parts. We are going to stay down there for a few days to go fishing, so maybe on the way back we could hook up. We really like that cover
