Looking to buy a 19ft 2003 how much?

I am looking to purchase next week a 2003 19 bay with a 115 Merc four stroke this boat has been believe it our not used only 14 hours due to illness.
What should I pay? And I am concerned with the deflections in the hull I keep reading about the hull has been painted black when it was bought to help keep algae growth off (funny it has never seen salt). Please help me with this decision as my drop time is coming near. What price is acceptable for this type as I have never owned a Triumph before. Cracker

I know of one 186 Logic and one 2002 Bay with hull deflections. Triumph issued a tech bulletin on installing a V-bunk on 2003 and newer models along with adjustments to the wench and stand. Get that done and you should be good to go. Pay the $300 transfer fee on the hull warranty (lifetime) and they will send you the parts. My 2002 has had no issues at all - without the V-bunk. Whenever I store my rig during the week, I jack the bow all the way up and loosen the wench to put more weight on the back part of the hull. The forward lower section has been where a couple of people have had deflections. I would pay anywhere from $14 to 16K for that rig. The low hours actually don't impress me. I'm more concerned about a motor that isn't used than one that is. A motor that sits around without fogging can internally corrode from condensation. And dirty motor oil sitting in a motor eats things up as well - such as seals. Hope I didn't scare you away. Sounds like a good find overall.
