I found this. Star Covers Plus Inc. Fort Lauderdale 954-581-1118
I cant find a web site for them though. Maybe they stamp fleet on them if they mass produce them for shiping.

I am thinking Star Fleet was the shipping company Triumph used since it was written by looks like magic marker on the cover. There was a serial bar code label as well with Triumph 19 T-top stamped beneath it which makes me think this is a production cover and doubt a shipping company is going to drop big bucks on a cover. It's nice, and seems to be medium duty with some built in stretch but fiber reinforced from the inside. I'll get some pics together this weekend and post. This might be a factory to dealer cover only, if dealers are throwing these away on delivery, heck they should give them away with the boat.

The cover is called "Transhield" and you can go to the website, www.transhield-usa.com , but is just info. Triumph is listed as one of their marine customers and believe it or not it is made of stretchable polyethelyne, a shink bond layer and then a soft fiberous layer. They are used to protect paintjobs on expensive autos and by the military. Says it also is "anti corrosive" in protecting what it covers. Says it is for temporary and long term protection (2 years) and would think this is what covers Triumph boats when they arrive at the dealers. Transhield is in Elkhart, IN 1-888-731-7700 and the part number for Triumph 19 series with T-Top is F4005, sku 6120-COVR-00008.
Maybe Dick is more familiar with what is covering the boats when they arrive.

Was cleaing up the interior of the boat yeasterday and noticed during the repair, Triumph pulled up the grey running floor boards. They must have added foam thru them to sure up the hull concavities from the inside. They are still using the black stuff to re-seat the running boards though. Applied a bead around the crack and thruout the back of the boat again to seal the deck.

Cool hull cracks

Hey Molar boater,
When the factory fixed your hull crack were they able to get the hull flex out too.
Thanks , Inspector2359

Hull flex? The crack occured probably due to a air pocket inside the hull where foam should have been and possibly thinner than normal rotomolded plastic thickness in the area. The hull flexes naturally and gives the better than fiberglass ride...I want that (and the crack has only occured on the starboard side). We'll see what the 2006 boating season brings, so far, I think Triumph warranty has worked well.

Have new crack in the other side of the hull concavity. Spoke to Russ as Triumph, he will pick up the boat and take to factory for repair and add scupper modification and bow support for free as well. The protocal is now to add internal support to both hull concavities if one crack develops and re-mod scuppers out the transome. The previous repair is holding up fine. This is great, since I store the boat in my driveway in the winter anyway. I'll let everyone know how it all turned out in the spring.

Glad I purchased a boat with a manufacture that stands behind it like that.

Picked up the boat at Rough Water Marine today. The crack has been fixed and the scuppers rerouted out the back which I hope will be better. They also added a bow support which had been backordered for almost 3 months.

With the scupper reroute and the bilge flapper, should have the driest bilge in town!
