Which side to run sparks

Just became the proud owner of a 19 bay. Question which side of the floor panels is best to run heavy wire for a 36 VDC trolling motor? I have not taken the panels up as of yet but the hull is a late 02 and the previous owner has cut the Bah jeepers out of the aft chunk of Star Board so I will have to move two batteries up front and two in the back as I want a separate house bank. Looking at Stealth on board charging system any ideas on the best setup for a single 12 then a three bank system? I can’t wait to put this one in the pond. Many extras with this one HSB2 Ray Marine LS1250RC with several chips, VHF, Merc 115 4s, lines, anchors and batteries (no Optima’s) will post pics as I plan on many niceties in the near future.

Congrats on the new boat.
I run the Stealth on the run battery charger on my 190. It is a great system and I got the best price on line from Bass Cat. The wires you need to run are possible to fish up through the bow light conduit. It is somewhat difficult but I think it would be easier than pulling up the floor. The conduit ends up in the area under the live well and then it is an easy run to the console. Once you have pulled the wires up into the bow area you then run them down to the battery box through the trolling motor conduit. I mounted my charger in the starboard aft storage area where the power cord is accessible through the opening for motor cables and fuel line. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck.
