19 Bay Floor Drains

Has anyone placed floor drains in the corners below the side scuppers to elevate the influx of water issue? Can this modification be accomplished without hull breach?

After working on the scuppers just this weekend (taking out the Whale valves and putting on ball/cage scuppers) I am hoping to improve the water situation. I can't really envision how we could raise the floor without creating several other issues mainly the elevation needed to cause water to migrate to the rear then down and out a scupper. Structurally, we need to add lift to the whole undersides of the boat or raise the whole inner hull up higher out from the outter hull but both of these would have to be done during roto moulding/design process.
Please keep the ideas coming though, and try to keep cool out there in AZ.
