Question Triumph Customer Service/190 Hull Distortion

Has anyone tried to email Triumph coistomer service from their website lately? All my inquiries have been returned because their inbox is full.
The dealers in my area no longer carry Trumph boats. My hull is distorting (grey floorboards and surrounding deck are pushing up).

Thanks

Re

I am in the DFW area. I bought the boat at Travis boats in Arlington. They no longer carry Triumph. Fun-NSun (Cleburne and Granbury) carried them for a while but no longer, although they are still listed on the Triumph website.
Thanks for the reply, I like the boat but am worried about the hull distortion.
Rick

Rick, I spoke with Bryant Hailey at Triumph about the full inbox, He said that it's not the inbox it's the server. He asked that you call him direct.

Hull Distortions

Pulled my boat from the water this weekend for the season. First time on the trailer after installing the modification. Have hull distortion and keel does not rest on new support. What does Triumph have to say about the hull distortions. I have had a distortion for a while. I emailed Triumph. They stated it was the nature of the material and the hull had a lifetime warranty and not to worry about it.

It's tough to understand exactly what your issue is based on your description. But I'd suggest double checking that your wench stand was adjusted properly. Was the V-bunk put on at the factory or subsequently by the dealer - or did you do it? If installed later, the wench also needed to be adjusted so that it would line up with the modification.

The winch could be a little high. Was set to specs. More interested in Triumph's position on the hull deflection. Hull is deflected inwards on both sides at the new trailer support.

Always call Triumph directly. If you have to leave a voicemail, most of the time it will be returned. The hull deflections are not a problem unless a crack develops there. Just keep an eye on them but don't get too fixated on the issue. I had a crack develop, then went out fishing in the gulf two days and @12 hours. Boat didn't sink and we had a fun time. Pulled the inner hull drain, which you should already have by now, and a little water drained out (1-2 gal). Triumph picked up the boat and took it to the factory, added foam, repaired the crack. I had a dealer fix the crack but did not add foam and hence it failed and that is why Triumph factory took over. Down time was about one month.
Note, all the emergency crack repair compounds found at marine stores does not work on this hull. Duct tape might work pretty well, as well a elastomeric if you have the time, so keep some on the boat.
