Water intrusion in the transcom
I am getting alot of water in the transcom. I have looked underneith for cracking, but the hull seems fine. The fittings look fine but I have not checked. I plan on filling the transcom/bilge area with water blocking all drains to see if any water leaks out from fittings. I was only out 15 minutes when I noticed about 4 inches of water in the transcom/bilge area. I find it hard to beleive that this much water could build up that shortly from leaky fittings. does anyone have any experience with this same type of problem? Also, any pictures or details on how to install the inner hull drains that everyone is speaking of? Is it necesary?

Is this a 190 Bay? If so, another likely source would be the livewell pickup thru-hull at the keel. I'd check there first. Should be accessable through the deck plate behind the helm seat. To work on it, you'll likely need to remove the starboard decking and apply Rule sealant to the thru-hull.

We were fishing out at Santa Cruz Island when the Bilge Pump turned on and there was a few inches of water in the bilge. It turned out that the Livewell Pump cracked and was flooding the bilge. Might want to check for this on the water.

Water intrusion....
I have water coming in through the scuppers on my 19. I think it seeps through the deck floorboard inserts. Will drain for 7-10 minutes from both drain plugs. This cannot be normal! What does Triumph say?
