2004 191 Fish & Ski Steers hard to the left

I have a 2004 191 Fish & Ski, when trolling or at slow speed the boat steers fine. At higher speeds it steers hard and when I am up on plane it steers even harder.
What can I do to correct the problem

Is it pulling, harded to turn one way than the other?? if so check for anything on bottom causing drag to either side. If nothing found adjust motor trim on anti cavation plate. If not pulling to either side is it tilted up to high?? Or is it just plain tight either way
while easy at slow, You need someone that knows what they are doing to check that out.

Steering

I have a 191 F&S 2004. My steering was really hard to turn either way. This is not normal. I spoke to Bryant at triumph and they shipped the cables and Helm crank to my local dealer for replacement. Good thing for me it was under warranty.
