You are right

I feel very blessed to be fulfilling a life long dream. It seems we have related professions, I will be retiring from the Sheriff's Department in Birmingham, Alabama around April 2007. My wife works with the Alabama State probation office and she has a transfer request in for Baldwin County (The county Gulf Shores is in). Going to be about 30 miles north of the Gulf but heck with all the hurricanes, don't think I would want to get any closer anyway, lol. I did find out that I can make my garage door 10'6" with very little increase in cost. It seems the main cost is when you go from a standard 7' or 8' tall door to a 10' tall door. Guess it's going to be a custom made door whether it is 10' or 10'6". I think the extra 6" will make everything fit fine. I always heard that 6" made a big difference, lol, guess it does. Hope you are enjoying your retirment.
