195 CC Leaning Post Option/ Exchange

The 195 CC is offered with the two seats or a leaning post as option/ exchange. I would like to see photos and hear from owners of 195 CC's that have experience with the leaning post set-up on the live well base.

Have after market (Todd) adjustable heigth leaning post on 170 CC. Much prefered to sitting at a lower position on the flip back cooler. And my legs and knees can take more shock than my butt. In the best of seas there are still wakes to shock the sitter.

Thanks.

I have leaning post, would not have it any other way. I fish the gulf a lot.

195 Leaning post options

Rossi

Does your 195 CC have the leaning post exchange option from Triumph? Or after market retro-fit?

Very interested in knowing more about this leaning post exchange that mounts on the 195 CC live well.

Thanks.

It Came With The Boat So I Would Think It Was From The Factory.

I am very satisfied with the leaning post option from Triumph...I fish throughout the summer months and when running out 30 to 40 miles in less than perfect seas,it allows for much better stability and balance for the people at the console...the backrest is also removable and can accomodate four rods as well..have not been out in a Triumph with the seat option, but did not like the feel at the dealership...

I got rid of the cooler seat for the Triumph leaning post with removable back rest. I never take the back rest off so I would had been better off with an attached backrest with rod holders mounted to the backrest. It is a good place to put pliers and knives and a hand gaff as I keep rods in ttop and gunnals.
I've seen some good aftermarket leaning posts with tackle storage built in and room for ice chest as well or you can get creative with starboard and make your own.
