Just a thought. in my 2005 the bases are flush with the floor and most of the after market ones sit 1/2 to 1 inch above the floor like a panhead screw. I would think this would cause the back seats to sit wrong when they are in the up position and also cause wear on the bottom of the seat deck where it meets..
just something to think about by the way all the floor seat bases have 2 screws onto a metal beam and 4 right into the deck.
